We use EMS shipping (insured with tracking number) Express Mail Services estimated delivery 5/6 business days.

Yes we ship worldwide. Please check our Shipping Information and rate conditions.

You will receive an email with a tracking number after each order has been shipped with a link of where to track your package.

If our clothing does not work out for you, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or prior defective merchandise for return, exchange or credit, within 30 days from the shipping date. Simply follow the directions on the Exchange/Return Form.

Ompure is not responsible for shipping on return items, unless arranged with us. Returns will be processed as soon as possible, please allow at least 3 weeks from the shipping date on your return. The refund should appear on account statements within 1 billing cycles.

Please note that all refunds, returns or exchanges for items purchased through a retail outlet other than www.ompure.com must be handled by the original location of purchase.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Once your order has shipped, We will send you an email confirmation of your order with the tracking number. 

Because Ompure is based in Bali our timezone and working hours may not match your country. Therefor we recommend that you place your order by email or directly from our website.

After you submit it, you will receive a confirmation message stating that your order has been accepted.

We hope you will love your Ompure wear but unfortunately, some clothing items might don’t work out as one would expect. If our apparel does not work out for you, please  send us a message immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, but we will do our best to assist you.
